  • Build and ship your custom Figme

🔐 Image Privacy (Important!)

If you upload a photo for your custom Figme:

  • It’s only used to build your figurine
  • Once it’s built, we delete the original image
  • We do not store, sell, or share your photos — ever.

🔄 Who We Share It With

We only share your data with:

  • Shopify (they power our site)
  • Payment processors (to complete your purchase)
  • Trusted production & shipping partners (to get your Figme to your shelf)
  • Marketing & ad partners (to occasionally show you stuff you might like)
  • Legal authorities (if required, because… laws)
  • Everyone we work with follows strict data protection rules.

🌍 International Transfers

We may transfer and store your info outside of your country. If you’re in the EU or UK, we rely on standard legal protections like the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Correct or delete your info

And again — your uploaded photo is deleted after we build your Figme.

Our site isn’t made for kids under 16, and we don’t knowingly collect their info. If you think your child submitted anything, email us — we’ll take care of it quickly.
