Welcome to Figme! By shopping with us, you’re agreeing to the terms below (and hopefully building your own tiny legend in the process).
The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Figme, and this website (powered by Shopify) is where we create and sell custom figurines made to look like you — or your best friend, your ex, your dog-sitter, whoever.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our site. By continuing to browse or place an order, you’re agreeing to the terms below — including our Privacy Policy and Return Policy.
1. Orders & Customization
- Each Figme is made-to-order based on the info, images, and accessory picks you provide.
- You’re responsible for uploading accurate and appropriate content.
- Once your order is in production, it can’t be changed or cancelled — it’s already being brought to life.
2. Returns & Refunds
- Custom orders (a.k.a. every Figme): Not eligible for returns or exchanges. We can’t resell your mini-you.
- If your order arrives damaged, defective, or wrong — email hello@figmee.com and we’ll sort it.

3. Shipping
- We ship worldwide 🌍
- Production takes 25–45 business days
- Shipping time depends on your location
- Delays can happen (customs, dragons, hype…) but we’ll always keep you posted
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout
- Please triple-check your address — we ship to whatever you give us
4. Intellectual Property
- All designs, branding, text, graphics, and creative content on this site belong to Figme.
- Don’t copy, use, or reproduce our stuff without permission — not cool.
- Shopify and third-party names/logos belong to their respective owners.
5. Privacy
We care about your privacy — and your mini-you.
- We collect only what’s needed to build and ship your Figme
- Uploaded photos are deleted after production

6. Liability
- Our figures are collectibles, not toys for small kids
- Figme isn’t liable for any misuse or damage related to our products
- By using the site and ordering, you accept the product as-is (which is tiny and awesome)
7. Shopify Relationship
Shopify powers our store, but your order is with Figme directly. Any order questions or issues? Email us — not Shopify.
Shopify may process your data as explained in their Privacy Policy.
8. Feedback
Send us reviews, photos, memes, fan art — we love it all. If you submit anything, you’re giving us permission to repost or reuse it (we’ll tag you when we can!).
9. Prohibited Uses
No illegal use, hate speech, impersonation, spam, or content that breaks intellectual property laws. We reserve the right to suspend your account if you break the rules.
10. Changes to These Terms
We might update these Terms from time to time — because the Internet evolves and so do we. Continued use of the site = agreement to the latest version.
